Terms of Service

By accessing or using Morning Rank you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
• Failed payments after 7 days of retry will downgrade your account to read-only.

MorningRank Enterprise plans include unlimited keyword tracking subject to our fair use policy. Fair use is defined as tracking up to 10,000 keywords per account. Accounts consistently tracking above 10,000 keywords may be contacted by our team to discuss a custom plan that better fits their needs. MorningRank reserves the right to limit or throttle usage that places excessive load on our infrastructure. We will always contact customers before taking any action and work with them to find a solution.

Each plan includes a monthly quota of keywords, projects, reports, and rank checks. Exceeding your quota may result in throttling or feature lockouts until you upgrade or your quota resets. Programmatic access is rate-limited; abuse (scraping, reselling raw API output, automated mass account creation) will result in suspension.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without a written reseller agreement.

The Morning Rank platform, including its UI, code, and branding, is owned by MorningRank. You own your data - your keywords, ranking history, reports, and uploaded content remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to operate the Service. You may export your data as CSV at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MorningRank's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow re-activation or export, then permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
